Alex Wigen 22896a5b4f Remove build dependencies from final image (multistage build) 
This multistage build takes the resulting image size down from 346MB to
90MB.

Qais Patankar 2b7eab629d Add support for build tags (#1054) 
By default all bridges are available.

You can turn off certain bridges by providing
e.g. "nodiscord" as a build tag.

    go build -tags nomsteams,noapi
