right now the Discord bot user replies with the reaction in a separate message, when an XMPP reaction is made, but only a subset of emojis seems to be supported

Webhook replies

Currently, what matterbridge does is send a regular discord message, which looks pretty bad because it includes the fallback reply text and loses the naming/avatar customization of webhooks.
