Proxy handling / additional send method (#95)

* respect enviroment var no_proxy

* add method to send IQ messages without <query> element

* check also for uppercase NO_PROXY  env

* Uppercase NO_PROXY takes precedence over no_proxy as in HTTP_PROXY

* add comments

* revert copyright to the original one
