  • Users should be able to upload images for various purposes (profile pics, item listings, reviews)
  • There should be reasonable file size caps on the images
  • Decide on either the local storage driver in Laravel or an S3-compatible bucket we can host locally (like MinIO)
  • Images should be associated with the User that uploaded them
  • (Bonus) compress images, generate thumbnails for better page load times
