Give the bot the ability to generate Stable Diffusion images from a prompt.

The obvious way would be to have a slash command. Do we want it to implicitly generate images too mid-conversation?

What about special kinds of images (eggert's face, soyjaks, idk)

Implement safeguards so people don't make naughty stuff in #general
